This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting any and all memos and correspondence sent within the NASA media/press office or the NASA Office of Public Affairs regarding NASA Watch or Keith Cowing between March and May 1996. I am also requesting any and all memos or correspondence sent from NASA press or public affairs officials to or received from Keith Cowing during this time period.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The documents will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I request that this be processed under the "media" fee category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Josephine, I've sent VICE's address numerous times for numerous FOIA requests including this one. I will send a fee waiver justification letter shortly, do not close these requests.
