This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents provided in response to FOIA requests numbered DOJ-2014-000041, DOJ-2014-000004, and DOJ-2014-000034. For clarity's sake, I am seeking the documents sought by the original requestor, and all documents that were ultimately located, reviewed, and turned over in response to the original requestor.

If I have directed this request to the incorrect "sub-agency" within the Department of Justice, please forward to the appropriate department and notify me of the change.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
