This is a request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request records pertaining to:

(1) the police shooting death of Jamar Clark in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on November 15, 2015;

(2) protests at or near the Minneapolis Police Department's 4th Precinct (1925 Plymouth Ave N in Minneapolis), including an 'occupation' from November 15, 2015 through present;

(3) Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, since June 1, 2014;

(4) the shooting of five protesters in Minneapolis on November 23-24, 2015, near the 4th Precinct;

(5) any protest, rally, or political activity in Minneapolis and the surrounding region from November 15, 2015 through present;

(6) Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges, since November 15, 2015.

The requested documents will be published and made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The requested records will be used for non-commercial research and journalism purposes, and will significantly contribute to an understanding of government activities by the general public.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD/DVD if not.
