To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records, source code, network captures, field reports, activity logs, and final findings associated with the program "NITRO ZEUS" targeted against and deployed within Iranian critical infrastructure. Please observe the number of years past, and the significant public interest around, the NITRO ZEUS and OLYMPIC GAMES programs targeting Iran during tense nuclear program negotiations. Notice that media reports on these programs span print to national broadcast to motion picture. Recognize that continuing to demand the utmost secrecy around fictitious sensitivity of these programs will further erode moral authority regarding actually sensitive materials and practically speaking, will focus clandestine declassification efforts towards this effort. Please waive search and duplication fees for this request, given the significant public interest discussed a forehand.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Martin Peck
