Greetings,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following record(s):
All cumulative indices, or other lists of published editions of the Journal of Missile Defense Research.
My understanding is the Journal of Missile Defense Research was the predecessor of the Journal of Defense Research, and was published from the early to mid 1960s until approximately 1968 in connection with what was then ARPA. As a reference for exactly the sort of record I am seeking, I would refer to the cumulative index of the Journal of Defense Research that DOD has previously released, see https://fas.org/irp/agency/dod/jdr.pdf .
I am very willing to narrow the scope of my request, if there is a single record that can be identified that enumerates all of the editions and volumes of the journal, preferably with the level of classification. That previously released cumulative index of the Journal of Defense Research mentioned above is my exemplar here. With that being said I haven’t been able to find any reference to such a document existing, so at this stage I don’t have a specific record to ask for.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
