Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents relating to former prisoner Joseph Konopka, Register Number 20749-424 including

1.) Sentence data

2.) BOP documents and pre-sentence reports;

3.)Correspondence received from the prisoner, and other non-government individuals

4.) All documents generated during the parole hearing and decision-making process. This includes the hearing summary, any administrative appeal documents, and all actions taken by the Commission in the prisoner's case, and the conditions of the prisoner's release.

In addition I would like to request the digital recording of each parole hearing.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
