I am willing to pay 200 USD in fees for this request. Thank you.

To Whom This May Concern,

As case precedent has shown, you can not immediately close a FOIA request for an administrative deficiency. Instead you may only 'toll' the requested until the information has been provided or the request has gone stale after waiting a reasonable amount of time.

Therefore, I respectfully request you honor the original 21 August 2019 request. August 28, 2019 will be 'tolled', therefore this request is on its 3rd business pay and August 28 will be the fourth business day of processing.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and upholding FOIA law for transparency and public betterment.

Thank you.
