Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written communications, including attachments, between Daniel Jorjani and any agent, representative or employee of the law and lobbying firm Lucas Compton. This request also seeks all communications between Jorjani and any email address that ends in @lucas-compton.com
This request also seeks a copy of the "regulatory reform package regarding Section 10(a) permits" that Lucas Compton employee Mike Weaver transmitted to Mr. Jorjani in 2017.
This request seeks documents produced between January 20, 2017 and the date this request is processed.
I am a reporter for Pacific Standard magazine .
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
