This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all files on Jonathan Moyle, the 28-year-old editor of the magazine 'Defence Helicopter World' and former RAF helicopter pilot, and was found dead in room 1406 of Santiago's Hotel Carrera on 31. March, 1990. His purpose in Santiago was to attend a Chilean sponsored defence conference.

Please conduct a search of the Central Records System, including but not limited to the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices, for both main-file records and cross-reference records for all relevant names, agencies, organizations and companies including but not limited to those cited in the obituaries and biographies I have cited.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
