Hamilton either in his current role as an employee of the Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General or his previous role with the Department of Homeland Security from January 20, 2017 to the day this request is processed. This should include messages where Hamilton is listed as a recipient in the "to," "cc," or "bcc" fields. This should also include any attachments to responsive e-mail messages.

2. the e-mail messages from Gene P. Hamilton to EOIR employee Jonathan Daniel Pelletier from January 20, 2017 to the day this request is processed. This should include messages where Pelletier is listed as a recipient in the "to," "cc," or "bcc" fields. This should also include any attachments to responsive e-mail messages.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

To clarify my request, I am asking the agency to search the DHS e-mail account for Gene P. Hamilton. I am asking that you search it for messages that are to or from an EOIR employee named Jonathan Daniel Pelletier. You could accomplish this by searching Hamilton's account for the word "Pelletier."

This request is limited to messages between January 20, 2017 and the date this request is processed.

This should also include any attachments to responsive e-mail messages.
