Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records relating to or mentioning John Wesley Mack (January 6, 1937 – June 21, 2018), an American activist in the civil rights movement. He was the executive director of the National Urban League chapter in Flint Michigan from 1964 to 1969. He served as the president of its Los Angeles chapter from 1969 to 2005, and as a member of the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners from 2005 to 2013.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
