From: Kim Crooks
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all crime scene investigation related to John Lang of Fresno, CA. (Fresno Coroner Case #16-01.222) and related material including, but not limited to: crime scene photographs, crime scene evidence photographs, crime scene victim photographs, all related reports from all related first responders, including but not limited to: firefighters, the coroner's office, the emergency first responders, and the Fresno police department first responders.
I am requesting these items to ensure the proper proceedings were done, as I believe there is missing information to this case that comes at harm to the general Fresno public, possibly criminal activity was committed and should be evidence to waive any instances that would keep records from the public. Said suspected criminal activity may involve government officials.
I have made a request with the FBI and they have advised me to contact you for the requested documentation requested above.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Kim Crooks
