FOIL APPEAL
Request No.: 1545997-000
Subject: MICHALSKI, JOHN
To whom this may concern:
I am appealing the integrity of the search in its entirety. Upon information and belief, JUDGE JOHN MICHALSKI was questioned by federal agents about his friendship with Peter Gerace Jr., the owner of a strip club in Cheektowaga and a former client. As such, it is highly unlikely that the FBI does not have any records regarding the subject MICHALSKI, JOHN.
According to the NYPOST: "FBI agents continued probing Michalski’s connection to Gerace following the train incident — and were seeking evidence of tax crimes during the March 24 raid at his home, two government sources told the Buffalo News."
