Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All responsive documents mentioning or pertaining to John Bogle, a.k.a. Jack Bogle, who was born on May 8, 1929 and died on Jan. 16, 2019. Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media in January 2019: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/16/obituaries/john-bogle-vanguard-dead.html
Please conduct a search of the Central Records and Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) indices, as well as cross-reference documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
