To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like copies of all complaints to the Federal Trade Commission regarding the following California corporations where Joel Kreiner is (or was) the owner, a principal officer or registered agent:

137th Street Property, L.P.
4686 Woodside, L.P.
800 Mariposa, L.P.
Albany Properties
Alegre Enterprises LLC (also operates in Nevada)
Ben Gentry Ltd., LLC
Ben Gentry Properties, L.P.
Bochard, L.P.
Fisher and Kreiner
Jkt Properties, Inc.
Jkt, Inc.
Kft Properties, L.P
Kft, Inc.
Kinsley Montclair, LLC
Laurel Canyon Properties, L.P.
Leeward Properties, LLC
Leeward Realty, L.P.
Sepulveda Properties

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to Mr. Kreiner's involvement with the notorious Reed Slatkin Ponzi Scheme where Kreiner was the top beneficiary who was forced to repay his ill gotten gains, which has been widely reported as documented on the following URLs:

http://articles.latimes.com/2001/dec/21/business/fi-16855
http://slatkinfraud.com/75_final.htm

Prior to his involvement in this fraudulent investment scheme, Mr. Kreiner also had a history of real estate dealings with Slatkin, a business endeavor that has continued to current times under so many different corporate entities the interests of the unsuspecting public who may encounter his practices would be well served to have a full historical disclosure of the materials I am requesting.

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Ms. R. M. Seibert
