A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Joaquin Avila, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on March 15, 2018 under the headline "Joaquin Avila, Advocate of Hispanic Voting Rights, Dies at 69". The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
