This is a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review ("MDR") under Executive Order 13526 and Department of Defense Manual 5230.30-M. I hereby request the following records:

1. All Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization ("JIEDDO") documents, data, meta-data, and imagery regarding the Improvised Explosive Device ("IED") attack on March 13, 2006, in Baghdad, Iraq, that killed United States Army Staff Sergeant ("SSGT") Bryan A. Lewis; including, but not limited to: Task Force Troy reports, Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell ("CEXC") reports, significant activity ("SIGACT") reports, Iraq Threat Finance Cell ("ITFC") reports, Real-Time Regional Gateway ("RTRG") reports, IED-event storyboards, after-action reports, tactics, techniques, procedures and lessons learned. SSGT Lewis was assigned to the 258th Military Police Company, 519th Military Police Battalion, Warrior Brigade, Fort Polk, Louisiana.

2. All electronic mail ("e-mail") messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), that were transmitted via the Microsoft Exchange E-Mail Servers on the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network ("SIPRNET") between JIEDDO and Multi National Division-Baghdad ("MND-B"), Multi National Corps-Iraq ("MNC-I"), Multi National Force-Iraq ("MNF-I"), United States Central Command ("USCENTCOM"), Iraq Threat Finance Cell ("ITFC"), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency ("NGA"), and/or the Defense Intelligence Agency ("DIA") regarding the March 13, 2006, IED attack that killed SSGT Lewis.

3. All e-mail messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), that were transmitted via the Microsoft Exchange E-Mail Servers on the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System ("JWICS") between JIEDDO and MND-B, MNC-I, MNF-I, USCENTCOM, ITFC, NGA, and/or DIA regarding the March 13, 2006, IED attack that killed SSGT Lewis.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
