This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any formal or informal requests from agencies and the White House to withhold documents from release that were otherwise subject to release pursuant to the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 on Oct. 26, 2017.

Please also include any communications with the FBI, CIA, and Department of Justice regarding potential withholdings. Please include requests and communications that mention both documents that were withheld as well as those that ultimately were not withheld. You may limit this communications to documents generated between Jan. 1, 2017 and the date this request is processed.

If there is any log, spreadsheet, or other document used to track withholding requests or communications with agencies regarding the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, please include that as well.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
