IAD & Reasonable Search Dated 9/12/19 & 10/24/19
On September 12, 2019, our search cut-off date, OSVA requested that the VA IT office gather and search for the responsive records within the email boxes of Darin Selnick, David Shulkin, Robert Wilkie, and Casin Spero. On September 20, 2019, the VA IT office provided responsive records, with the OSVA FOIA Officer to conduct secondary searches.

In an effort to provide a status, I would like to notify you that there have been some personnel changes here and the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL) FOIA Office is now vacant. The current FOIA caseload has been transferred to me and I am working diligently to process cases in the queue. We currently are in a backlog status with cases from 2018. May I inquire as to whether you are still interested in pursuing the subject FOIA request?
