All communication between the following VA officials: Darin Selnick, David Shulkin, Lew Boone, Jeffrey F. London, Robert Wilkie, Casin Spero, John Ullyot, Gregory Giddens and former Congress member Jeff Miller, now a lobbyist at McDermott Will and Emery (Miller's email is: email@example.com) between Jan 1, 2019 and May30, 2019 Key words include: ‘Virta,’ ‘Diabetes,’ ‘partnership,’ ‘payment,’ and ‘legislation.’”
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is the Initial Agency Decision (IAD) from Office of the Secretary, U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs (OSVA) to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request dated and received September 6, 2019, and assigned FOIA tracking number 19-11317-F. You requested, in your words:

IAD & Reasonable Search Dated 9/12/19 & 10/24/19
On September 12, 2019, our search cut-off date, OSVA requested that the VA IT office gather and search for the responsive records within the email boxes of Darin Selnick, David Shulkin, Robert Wilkie, and Casin Spero. On September 20, 2019, the VA IT office provided responsive records, with the OSVA FOIA Officer to conduct secondary searches.

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 6, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response. You had assigned it reference number #19-11317-F, 19-11428-F, 19-11434-F, 19-11431-F, 19-11435-F.

On October 24, 2019, OSVA issued you the attached Initial Agency Decision and redacted documents. Note, the other FOIA requests with other FOIA numbers are being processed by other VA FOIA offices. I’ve also attached the Acknowledgment Letter with their contact information.
