To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Jan. 10, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response. You had assigned it reference number #FOIA-0120-2018. I was given an estimated complete date of December 7, 2020 back in November 2019.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is an appeal of FOIA-0120-2018. I ask that the documents be re-examined for reasonably segregable portions that are releasable. The final response letter states that "all substantive portions" must be withheld. I am asking for all releasable portions, even if they are considered to be not substantive.

Thank you,

Alonso Antunez de Mayolo
