Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting information or records relating to Javier Briceño Carpio (12/25/1962 - 1/22/2016) former Director of National Intelligence of the Administration of National Intelligence of Peru [Dirección de Inteligencia del Perú]. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
