Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The Army Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for JAMES P REESE including form DD-214, all officer Evaluation Reports such as DA FORM 67-9 / DA FORM 67-10, all enlisted evaluation reports, Record of previous assignments form, dates of promotion, unit assignments, all training courses/military education received, full military awards and all citations.
JAMES P REESE claimed military service in the United States Army as a decorated commissioned officer and former enlisted soldier between approximately 1985-2007, final rank Lieutenant Colonel. Awarded many military decorations including Combat Infantryman Badge, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star medal, joint service commendation medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Ranger Tab, Overseas Service Ribbon and other decorations, etc. Congressional Nomination appointment to grade PN1962 — 108th Congress (2003-2004)
Please redact information protected in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. Specifically request a copy of legion of merit medal citation and all other awards citations.
Mr Reese is CEO of a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business and subject matter expert appearing on national news media and television.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
