The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I would like to revisit this request regarding James Schlesinger using the following language:
"Any and all files and materials regarding or referencing James Schlesinger, who passed away on March 27, 2014 [https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/james-r-schlesinger-cia-chief-and-cabinet-member-dies/2014/03/27/e4a8f01c-b5bb-11e3-8020-b2d790b3c9e1_story.html?utm_term=.58645e039e4e].
Please include all potentially responsive materials, including but not limited to all communications, reports, inquiries, investigations, photographs, audio files, video files, memos, directives, etc. Please include all materials found in other subject files and all materials associated with any potentially-related names and any other known aliases. Please consult the Central Records System and records, the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Data Management System and records, and all available cross-reference indices, databases, and records, in addition to any other locations containing potentially-responsive materials."
I would also like to agree to payment up to $40 and would appreciate a revised invoice of all responsive material when available.
