Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the FBI's files of entrepreneur and publisher Jack Rickard, and the companies owned by Mr. Rickard.
Mr. Rickard and his companies were primarily located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and Colorado. His companies included Boardwatch Magazine, CLEC Magazine, BBScon, ISPcon, and EVTV Motor Werks.

He was born in 1955 and died Aug. 31, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
