Thank you for the link to https://www.irs.gov/irm/part25/irm_25-002-001.
I would like to submit an appeal and ask for clarification. The information available here: https://www.irs.gov/irm/part25/irm_25-002-001, is only publicly available information. However, there exists IRS guidelines on how to intake Whistleblower complaints as well as evaluate a claim to expedited processing. I would like to obtain copies of those internal documents and manual that IRS staff use to determine the intake process and evaluation of a Whistleblower claim and or request for expedited processing.
