All communications with the following agencies specifically regarding Operation Marco Polo, the federal investigation into Silk Road, from January 1, 2010 up to the receipt of this request:

o Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys and the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York
o Office of the Attorney General
o Office of the Deputy Attorney General
o Office of the Associate Attorney General
o Criminal Division of the Department of Justice
o National Security Division of the Department of Justice
o Office of the Inspector General of the Department of the Treasury

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and I am a representative of the news media. I am a proven freelance journalist with a focus on FOIA-based reporting.
