IRS records re: Jeffrey Edward Epstein

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all IRS records concerning JEFFREY EPSTEIN, a deceased U.S. citizen with date of birth January 20, 1953, first 5 digits of social security number 090-41, and residences in New York and U.S. Virgin Islands.

EPSTEIN is widely reported to have died 8/10/2019 in New York City (see attached article from the NY Times). Records concerning Epstein as a subject should thus be assumed free from FOIA Exemption 6, 7(C) and the Privacy Act.

In addition, I request any and all IRS records concerning EPSTEIN in connection to several for-profit entities, including J EPSTEIN & CO., FINANCIAL TRUST CO, and SOUTHERN TRUST CO INC; and all records of IRS registered charities (listed with EIN's) GRATITUDE AMERICA LTD - 66-0789697; ENHANCED EDUCATION, also known as J EPSTEIN VIRGIN ISLANDS FOUNDATION INC - 66-0585379.

To restrict the scope of the search, please keep the timespan of records from calendar year 2004 to the date of this request.

If any potentially responsive records have been destroyed and/or transferred to NARA, then I request copies of the destruction or transfer slips as well as any other documentation relating to, mentioning or describing said transfer or destruction, to include but not be limited to confirmation that IRS has no other copies of said records.
