I have attached form 4506-A per the response to my FOIA request on the Natural Products Association. To insure there is no confusion as to the request versus the form, the initial request was for 990 EZ records for The NATURAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION , from their 2008 filing through the last year filed and available.
