Hello Mr. Fenton:
I am the IRS caseworker assigned to your FOIA request for 10 contracts related to TIRNO11D00024. Your request does not provide for a fee agreement, rather it asks that you be contacted of any charges prior to fulfilling your request. Based on communication with our Procurement Office it is currently estimated that the request will cost $200 to process.
Also, the Procurement Office has asked for clarification of your request. They would like to know if you are also interested in the modifications to each of the 10 contracts.
Please reply to this email by April 25th. After that date it will be presumed that the fee is in excess of what you are willing to pay.

Thanks so much for your response. Please consider the scope of this request to be narrowed to just the "Performance Work Statement" for one contract: TIRNO11D000240002, and none of the modifications associated with it. I'm happy to pay up to $25 for this request.
