Based on the Free Access to Administrative Documents (Law No. 78-753 of 17July 1978), I was seeking your organization to release the unpublished documents received in relation to this matter.

These documents would be shared publicly via the website(s) Muckrock.com and DocumentCloud.com to better educate members of the public and news media about the operations of your organization and what has transpired in relation to these international incidents providing a rare opportunity at transparency internationally.
