Allaudio and video recordings from the AC-130 aircraft responsible for the strikeon a civilian hospital in the city of Kunduz, Afghanistan on October 3, 2015 onor about 0208h local time. Please limit the search to recordings captured from0000h to 0600h on the date of the strike. Our organization has a significant number of pending FOIA requests. Therefore,we implemented multi-track processing for requests.  Based on theinformation you have requested; we placed your request in the Complex processingtrack. A complex request can take substantial time and cause significant impacton responding units. Complications and delays are likely. Records sought aremassive in volume. Multiple organizations must review/coordinate on requestedrecords. Records are classified; originated with a nongovernment source; arepart of the Air Force’s decision-making process; or are privileged We estimate we will provide a response to your requestwithin one year. Our policy is to process requests within their respectivetracks in the order in which we receive them. FOIA requests are processed asquickly as possible.
