Mr. Morisy,

Please note that I cannot find any record of this office receiving your
request, as described below. You have not made it clear that your
request was in fact sent to this, the OSD/JS FOIA office. There is no
entry in our tracking database, nor can I find that we received any
email from you around the date mentioned in your email (April 18, 2011).
I do note that online sources reference an "inquiry" made by the
Department of Defense Inspector General's (DoDIG) office regarding this
incident. However, as you may or may not know, this office does not
process FOIA requests for the DoDIG.
Again, I cannot find any record of your request being submitted to this
office. Given the fact that the inquiry was conducted by the DoDIG, you
may want to contact their FOIA office regarding your request.
Please feel free to contact me directly regarding this response or our
FOIA process.

V/r,

Aaron Graves
OSD/JS FOIA Team Chief
