This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Information related to Charles Martin Vosseler. Mr. Vosseler has 3 possible DOBs. One is March 6th, 1942, The other is March 6th, 1943. The final possible DOB is February 6th of 1944. His place of birth was Stafford Springs, Connecticut. You can read about this man, here: https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/parental-kidnappings/charles-martin-vosseler
I do not believe that this request is in violation of 5 U.S.C. ยง 552 (b)(7)(A), because I am certain that both the fugitive and law enforcement are aware that each other knows who the other is, and law enforcement is perfectly aware of the fugitive's residence.
I do not believe that the release of these records would interfere with enforcement proceedings, in that the fugitive is aware that that there does not exist sufficient evidence at this time to warrant arrest.
I do believe that there exists INTERPOL documents related to Charles Martin Vosseler, and that the release of these documents would compel additional media coverage of the case.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
