This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Materials relating to or mentioning the Interagency Telephone Laboratory (ITL), FBI's involvement with it and the FBI's role as its Executive Agent. The existence of the ITL and FBI's role has been previously disclosed by the Bureau.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
