To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order 12958 and Executive Order
13292, I hereby request Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) of the list of content pages for the secret Intelink wiki, Intellipedia-S. It is possible that this can be found through the wiki page Special:AllPages, which allows specific namespaces to be listed. The wiki page Special:SpecialPages may also be helpful in quickly finding the information.

I am making this request as a member of the news media and request classification as such. I have previously written widely read articles about the intelligence community. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I request that fees be waived, as this MDR request is being made to enable future FOIA and MDR requests to be filed for known records, instead of forcing journalists to guess at what exists.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Michael Best

A fix is required to perfect the request.

Respectfully, I provided two ways of quickly finding the relevant document I requested. "It is possible that this can be found through the wiki page Special:AllPages, which allows specific namespaces to be listed. The wiki page Special:SpecialPages may also be helpful in quickly finding the information." This information was enough for the document to be located for a near identical FOIA request for the page from the unclassified Intellipedia in much less than two hours. See https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/intellipedia-u-content-list-24549/ or tracking number 84015A

Further, I did not request materials to be created. I cited specifically existed materials.
