This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Guides, manuals, tutorials and policies for the Intellipedia wikis. I am specifically interested in this type of information from Intellipedia itself and any outside sources it cites, references or recommends.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We are in receipt of a follow-up fax regarding "Guides, manuals, tutorials, and policies for the Intellipedia wikis...specifically interested in this type of information from Intellipedia itself and any outside sources it cites, references, recommends." Although your fax indicates your original request may have been sent on 22 March 2016, we have no record of receiving this request prior to 9 May 2016. We will use your fax to initiate a new request with a receipt date of 9 May 2016. An acknowledgement letter will be sent via USPS mail.
