Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of records mentioning or describing audits, reviews, investigations or reports regarding the agency's cyber security, including audits or investigations regarding the state of the agency's cyber security regarding potential attacks as well as audits and investigations conducted in the wake of a suspected or actual cyber attack, hacking incident or breach. Please include materials generated between 1 January 1996 and 30 June 2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On June 18, 2019, the GSA OIG FOIA office requested clarification related
to your request, OIG FOIA No. 19-036 for, "Copies of records mentioning or
describing audits, reviews, investigations or reports regarding the
agency's cyber security, including audits or investigations regarding the
state of the agency's cyber security regarding potential attacks as well
as audits and investigations conducted in the wake of a suspected or
actual cyber attack, hacking incident or breach. Please include materials
generated between 1 January 1996 and 30 June 2016." Specifically, if the
use of key words: hacking, cyber attack, and breach, would be an adequate
search in response to your request.

As of the date of this e-mail, we have received no correspondence from you
concerning our request. If you have not responded by COB on July 17, 2019,
we will assume you are no longer interested in this FOIA request and will
consider your request withdrawn. Please be advised that this action is
