Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of records mentioning or describing audits, reviews, investigations or reports regarding the agency's cyber security, including audits or investigations regarding the state of the agency's cyber security regarding potential attacks as well as audits and investigations conducted in the wake of a suspected or actual cyber attack, hacking incident or breach. Please include materials generated between 1 January 1996 and 30 June 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

As written, you are seeking every document over a 20-year period that "mentions or describes audits, reviews, investigations or reports regarding the agency's cyber security, including audits or investigations regarding the state of the agency's cyber security regarding potential attacks as well as audits and investigations conducted in the wake of a suspected or actual cyber attack, hacking incident or breach." The request does not specifically ask for a copy of any such audit, review, investigation, or report.
Is what you are seeking actually:
A copy of every audit, review, investigation, or report from January 1, 1996 to June 30, 2016, related to:
1. The agency's cybersecurity;
2. The state of the agency's cyber security regarding potential attacks; and
3. A suspected or actual cyber attack, hacking incident or breach.
For any such audit, review, investigation, or report that is no longer available, documents identifying or describing such an audit, review, investigation, or report.
