This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This Inspector General's FOIA Case Logs. Please limit this request to FOIA logs that cover requests submitted between 2010 and the date that this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Morisy:

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your FOIA with the EPA OIG for FOIA case logs. We have received your request, assigned tracking number EPA-HQ-2016-007163 and it is in our queue for processing. I estimate it will take about one to two months to process your request. Our FOIA logs from 2013 and prior are in an archived system, and we need to convert them to a readable format. Additionally, since the EPA started using FOIAonline for FOIA requests and responses in 2013, we no longer keep FOIA logs for recent requests. These requests are searchable within FOIAonline.

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information. Your request remains pending and we will provide any responsive records when your FOIA reaches processing in the current queue.
