From: Emma North-Best

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

a copy of the list or printout or database listing of Inspector General investigations closed/reports completed during calendar year 2013. If the list is organized by FY rather than calendar year, the FY 2013 list is sufficient for this request. If no central list or database exists, then I request copies of the cover sheet or first page of each IG report completed during calendar year 2013.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Emma Best

Good Day User

Your account and access for the sharing of files with HUD's Office of Inspector General, using external SFTP Server, is complete. Please use the following information to complete your access to the SFTP Server. You will need to use an SFTP Client, provided by your IT Department's approved software list, in order to access the shared drive on the server. This is the only way that you can access it. We recommend either FileZilla (free to download from https://filezilla-project.org/) or IPSwitch WS-FTP Client (https://www.ipswitch.com/secure-information-and-file-transfer/wsftp-client).

Here is your access information for the HUD OIG SFTP Access:

- Connection Type: SFTP/SSH
- Host: file.hudoig.gov

- Data will automatically be deleted after 5 days of the upload date/time stamp. If you need the files, please copy them to your local workstation of file share. This server is only used for transfer of files, not storage.
- Your password will expire every 30 days, starting the day of this e-mail. You will have to use the SFTP Client to change the password.
