This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

- Around July 10, 2015, FBI Director James Comey ordered a 30-day review by the Inspection Division related to a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) transaction for Dylann Roof, a white supremacist who shot and killed nine people at a church in Charleston, South Carolina, on June 17, 2015. (For Director Comey's full statement, see here: https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/statement-by-fbi-director-james-comey-regarding-dylann-roof-gun-purchase). I am requesting a copy of that review.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
