Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I was seeking copies of any investigation findings within the Insider Threat office(s) for any FBI or DEA employees worldwide for the period generated during this timeframe October 2019 - October 2018.

The DOJ insider threat directive was issued on Feb 12, 2014.

Fee Categorization For fee categorization purposes, I am a representative of the news media. Through this request, I am gathering information for my journalistic work with Muckrock.com, and DocumentCloud.com. I am an active participant in the dissemination of public records for public education purposes. Accordingly, I am only required to pay for the direct cost of duplication after the first 100 pages. 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(A)(ii)(II); id. § 552(a)(4)(A)(iv)(II).

The release of the information is not primarily in my commercial interest and will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities. Following up on my lack of enforcement complaints.

On this one, it appears the agencies don't want to attempt to use the redaction features.

These findings would be splayed out in like 5 different offices including the brief's to the Senate/House etc...so I really don't understand the usefulness of trying to hide them from the public as now time has come to mandatory declassication review on them.

And employees who are threats to the State should of been terminated 5 years ago.

Same issues. DOJ OIP will not govern DOJ JMD into releasing the findings of Insider Threat complaints to the public. These were threats back in 2018-2019. I feel these agencies need to be defunded if these GIS staff are going to steal salaries over 100K and not release the documents. Please contact OIP and get these released.
