Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all information on the company known as "Clearview AI" and the FBI's use of said corporation's resources.

For further clarification, the company I am referring to is that which was mentioned in this recent New York Times article dated January 18, 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello, I've realized that I forgot to put a fee waiver request in my initial request. Apologies for that.

I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government and is not primarily in my commercial interest. The functions of the Clearview AI program in relation to the FBI will significantly contribute to public understanding of government technology, private contractors, and how it relates to privacy.
