Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request any and all records*, documents, communications, or photos prepared or maintained by the FBI and CIA pertaining to Desiree Salomone (petitioner) or her activities dating from 2002 through the present. Please search the agency's indices to the Central Records System for information responsive to this request relating to "Desiree Salomone" or her activities.

To assist you with the search, please note Desiree was born in Poway, CA. Date of birth is 4/18/1984.

The information sought will help petitioner with a piece of writing she is working on for a personal project.

*The term “records” includes all records on communication preserved in any form, including: correspondence, documents, data, e-mails (including all attachments and history), text messages, web searches (including search histories), audio/visual tapes, faxes, files, guidance, analyses, notes, procedures, rules, manuals, and technical information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
