Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any scheduling or calendar information within the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, the Board of Immigration Appeals, or James McHenry's office reflecting the dates and times of any training sessions, powerpoint presentations, conference panels, or other professional eduction events for Immigration Judges, EOIR legal clerks, Board Members, or BIA staff attorneys regarding the trauma and/or post-traumatic stress disorder, its affects on memory and the presentation of testimony, and how trauma informs credibility determinations.
2. Any materials prepared for or presented any training responsive to Request 1 above.
The time period for this request is January 1, 2016 - the date on which EOIR tasks an adequate search for records responsive to this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
