To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) All contracts with Aesthetic Integration Research Corporation, specifically:
- Award ID N6833520F0167
- Award ID N6600120P6871

2) All statements of work associated with the above-listed contracts.

3) All bid responses, presentations, applications, proposals, and/or promotional material—including videos, slide decks, and other media—submitted to the agency by Aesthetic Integration Research Corporation related to the above-listed contracts.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest about the workings of government. In the event you choose to impose fees, I request a detailed breakdown of the fees, including the hourly wage of each employee involved and an explanation justifying the employee hours required to fulfill the request.

Should you choose to reject this request or redact portions of it, I ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of the statutory exemptions and associated case law underlying your decision to withhold each/any portion from public review.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Todd Feathers

the top hit if you search the internet for “FOIAonline”), click “Create
Account” (a link located within the blue banner at the top in the upper
right corner), enter your data into the field that subsequently appears, and
click “Save” (at the bottom left of the screen). With your account thereby
created, you will have the power to file an appeal on FOIAonline to any
request you file on FOIAonline thereafter. To do so, locate your request
(enter a keyword or the request tracking number in the “Search for” field on
the “Search” tab), click on it, then the "Create Appeal" tab in the
left-hand column. Complete the subsequent field, click “Save,” and
FOIAonline will submit your appeal.

By mail. Address your appeal to: Department of the Navy, Office of the
General Counsel, 1000 Navy Pentagon, Room 5A532 Washington, DC 20350-1000.
