Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The Immigration Judge complaint in Fiscal Year 2016 initiated by the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and/or Office of Investigatory General (OIG). The annual report for 2016 lists just one complaint initiated by OPR/OIG. https://www.justice.gov/eoir/page/file/992556/download page 5. We are requesting a copy of the complaint, the correspondence about the complaint, any determination or final decision in the complaint, and the records related to any discipline issued against the Immigration Judge.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The agency improperly redacted the IJ's name, base city, and references to the IJ in the complaint narrative. Those redactions are unlawful under the D.C. Circuit's decision in AILA v. EOIR (2016).
