Any records created or possessed by the ICE FOIA Office on or after January 1, 2019, reflecting an agency policy, practice, or standard within the ICE FOIA office purporting to limit the agency's processing of documents responsive to requests in litigation to 500 per month.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
