This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All files, records, and reports regarding and referencing Ian Stuart Spiro, who was an British born businessman and commodities broker and allegedly an intelligence operative who died in 1992 in suspicious circumstances along with his family. It was reported at the time that Spiro and connections to both the British and American intelligence services.
