Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all RFP documents related to the DHS contract awarded to GeoSpark Analytics for its Hyperion global threat and risk assessment platform ( https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/department-of-homeland-security-selects-geospark-analytics-for-ai-driven-risk-assessment-platform-301070603.html). This should include the original RFP, GeoSpark Analytic's response to the RFP, and any subsequent communications between the two entities as part of the RFP process.

2) Copies of all contracts, memorandums of understanding, or comparable documents between GeoSpark Analytics and DHS for the Hyperion system.

3) Copies of all technical manuals, user guides, instructions, handbooks, policies and procedures, or comparable documents--produced either by DHS or by GeoSpark Analytics--for the Hyperion global threat and risk assessment platform.

I ask that you classify me as a media requester as I'm a journalist (examples of my work can be found at toddfeathers.com) and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purpose.
